The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is centrally located. Karlsplatz Underground Station is nearby. Naschmarkt can be reached immediately after a few meters. We will book the hotel again next time we visit Vienna....

That the bathroom taps did not always work. Shower faucet was stuck.

Nice hotel, great location and in a quiet street. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Price / quality wise we were very pleased with our choice
We didn't know Austria doesn't have a smoking ban yet so we were surprised we had a smokers room. No big deal ... once airco was on smell was gone. Other than that everything else was perfect.

The hotel was clean, neat and tidy. The staff were great, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spotlessssssss. Location for public transport could not be faulted.
